Chrys is a Director of Photography based in London. He grew up in a small city in Cyprus and his journey into cinematography began at the age of 20 inspired by his father, an amateur photographer who entrusted him with his first camera.

His acceptance as a BSC Vision Mentee for 2025-2026 has been a significant honour, inspiring him to actively seek collaborations with emerging directors and contribute to innovative storytelling.

Chrys attributes much of his creative growth to two influential cinematographers, Haris Zambarloukos BSC GSC, with whom he has worked extensively as part of his camera team and as a personal assistant and Wally Pfister ASC, whose work profoundly influenced his artistic development.
